All tinctures above are sold in a 50 ml glass, amber bottles. The bottles have built-in droppers. Each supplement has a different dosage and care must be taken to read the recommended dosages on the bottles. Generally, tinctures in 50 ml bottles last between three to four weeks if taken properly at the correct dose.

All tinctures have a shelf life of 1 year from date of purchase. All the tinctures contain alcohol. Tinctures can be used by those who can not take alcohol by placing the dosage (drops) into a glass of hot water for 5 minutes. The heat will dissipate the alcohol.

All tinctures should be kept in a cool, dark place ,away from heat and direct light. For children, tinctures can be administered into the child's fruit juice.
